    The purpose of this job is to strengthen the design team with an experienced design architect, in order to manage existing and upcoming projects<\/span><\/div>\n

    Responsible for the design and follow up with the external consultants during the development of the architectural design option and final design submittals of the projects assigned.<\/div>\n
    <\/div>\n
    Follow up with local authorities for approvals.<\/div>\n

    Coordination with MEP and Structural teams.<\/p>\n

    Education:<\/p>\n

    Architectural degree from a recognised international university<\/p>\n

    Experience:<\/p>\n

    Hands on experience in design and documentation of mega hospitality and residential projects 14 – 20 years of experience with at least 12 of it in design of similar projects<\/p>\n

    Experience as a design architect with an international operator will be preferred<\/p>\n

    Skills:<\/p>\n

    Functional & Technical Skills<\/p>\n

    Good knowledge of design development tools and techniques<\/p>\n

    Good knowledge of cost planning, scheduling, change management, contract conditions (FIDIC based)<\/p>\n

    Behavioural Skills<\/p>\n

    Strong people management skills<\/p>\n

    Strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

    • Project Manager Civil Engineering (Dubai).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We are urgently looking for several project managers with experience in High-rise construction.<\/p>\n

      The right candidate must de qualified Civil \/ Architectural engineers, as Project Managers.<\/p>\n

      Prior experience of minimum 3 – 5 years in a similar role is a pre-requisite.<\/p>\n

      You will have substantial exposure to construction management of high-rise towers. Apart from overall project control, you will be involved in all aspects of contract agreements & costs, and should be competent to make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project.<\/p>\n

      As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing the professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.<\/p>\n

      Requirements:<\/p>\n

      Applicants should possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. Prior experience with high-rise projects will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

      Civil \/ Architectural degree is a must.<\/p>\n
