En concreto la mejor propuesta que: o Conjuge el mejor aprovechamiento, salubridad, confort, flexibilidad, versatilidad (incluso la adaptaci\u00f3n a nuevos usos en el futuro), e innovaci\u00f3n del programa (abierto- cerrado). Optimizaci\u00f3n y flexibilidad de espacios. Accesibilidad interior y organizaci\u00f3n de circulaciones (personas, bienes y suministros, etc.), al tiempo que cumpla con la normativa urban\u00edstica y t\u00e9cnica aplicable de las bases t\u00e9cnicas. o La posibilidad de ejecutar la propuesta por FASES.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>VIABILIDAD ECON\u00d3MICA Y DESARROLLO CONSTRUCTIVO de la propuesta: 20 puntos<\/b><br \/>\nSe valorar\u00e1 el desarrollo del sistema constructivo propuesto, con la aplicaci\u00f3n de materiales y soluciones constructivas sencillas, bajo el principio de la econom\u00eda circular con la limitaci\u00f3n del presupuesto establecido en las Bases.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>SOSTENIBILIDAD ambiental: Hasta 10 puntos<\/b><br \/>\nSe valorar\u00e1 la sostenibilidad Ambiental y la Eficacia Energ\u00e9tica, tanto pasiva, como activa de todas las edificaciones e incluso de su entorno. As\u00ed como la reducci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono, la protecci\u00f3n ambiental y la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Propuestas de MINIMIZACI\u00d3N de los costes de MANTENIMIENTO Y SEGURIDAD. Hasta 10 puntos<\/b><br \/>\nSe valorar\u00e1n las propuestas que tengan presente la minimizaci\u00f3n de los costes de mantenimiento y de ahorro energ\u00e9tico del equipamiento en uso, su facilidad y accesibilidad universal en las operaciones y trabajos a realizar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Su relaci\u00f3n CON EL ENTORNO: Hasta 10 puntos<\/b><br \/>\nLa mejor adaptaci\u00f3n armoniosa en el entorno natural y el paisaje, y su relaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n con el entorno y edificaciones circundantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La puntuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima que podr\u00e1 obtener un concursante ser\u00e1 de 100 puntos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se procede a la puntuaci\u00f3n de todas las propuestas seg\u00fan los criterios de valoraci\u00f3n recogidos en el apartado anterior.
